Filter Coffee, Cold Brew, French Press, & Espresso.


Different origins specialty coffee packs of 250 Gr or 1Kg:

MOLINOJalapa, rich soils and high altitudes are ideal for growing high-quality coffee. Farms in the region are overwhelmingly small-scale and usually are managed with the entire family pitching in at key points during the year. Coffee is shade-grown and most families still grow ‘traditional’ varieties, such as Pache, Bourbon and Typica. Handpicked cherry are pulped and water fermented for 12 hour before drying in the sun. Sweet nut aroma, silky body and mild acidity deep cocoa flavour.

MOLINO

Jalapa, rich soils and high altitudes are ideal for growing high-quality coffee. SAN CAYETANOA Colombian Arabica from the Antioquia department, Medellin, the homonymous farm owned by the Ospina family, from five generations, that in 1910 started cultivation, where the volcanic soils, the abundance of waters and the climate offer the best conditions for the cultivation of a quality product. The cherry are hand picked, pulped and then water fermented for 24 h before drying on African bed. Sweet caramel aroma with berry acidity, medium body and dark chocolate aftertaste.

SAN CAYETANO

A Colombian Arabica from the Antioquia department, Medellin, the homonymous farm owned by the Ospina family, from five generations, that in 1910 started cultivation, where the volcanic soils, the abundance of waters and the climate offer the best conditions for the cultivation of a quality product. The cherry are hand picked, pulped and then water fermented for 24 h before drying on African bed. Sweet caramel aroma with berry acidity, medium body and dark chocolate aftertaste.

WENAGOThis coffee is sourced from more than 850 farmers living in Wenago near the Yirgache e District, Gedeo Zone. Farmers deliver ripe cherries to the Wenago mill which is owned and operated by Oumer Abudu. Ripe cherries are carefully sorted and pulped. After pulping, the beans are fermented for 36 to 48 hours and then washed and sun dried. The cups show a distinct rose and bergamot aroma, a vibrant acidity and ripe peach flavour.

WENAGO
